  • IT infrastructure details and credentials where required

E-Commerce Customers (Online Store)

  • Name, email, phone number, billing/delivery address

  • Payment details (processed securely by Stripe, PayPal or Apple Pay, Google Pay — we never see full card numbers)

By using our services or ordering through our online store, you agree to these terms.

1. Services & Store

LaunchLayer provides:

  • PC repairs, upgrades and IT support

  • IT consultancy for small businesses

  • Online sales of PC parts, accessories and related products

2. Payment

  • We accept Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and major credit/debit cards.

  • All payments are taken securely at checkout.

  • For business services, invoicing terms will be agreed separately.

3. Orders & Fulfilment

  • Orders are processed by LaunchLayer Ltd and may be shipped directly by trusted fulfilment partners.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order in cases of stock error, pricing mistake, or suspected fraud.

4. Returns & Cancellations

  • Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your purchase for a refund.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, unless faulty.

  • Faulty or damaged items can be returned at no cost.

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

  • You can return any unused item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be in original packaging and resellable condition.

  • Faulty or damaged items can be returned free of charge.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
