How long do repairs normally take?

Most standard hardware repairs and thermal services are completed within 1 to 3 working days. If we need to order a highly specific proprietary part (like a niche laptop screen), we will give you an exact ETA before we begin.

How does the Free Collection work?

If you are located in Wickford, Basildon, Rayleigh, or Billericay, we can arrange a secure doorstep pickup. We collect the machine, diagnose it on our bench, and drop it back off to you once the repair is complete.

Is my data safe with you?

Absolutely. We operate under strict data privacy protocols. We do not browse your personal files, and if a repair requires wiping a drive, we will explicitly ask for your permission and offer a full data backup beforehand.

What if you can't fix it?

Then you don't pay. Our No-Fix-No-Fee promise means that if your motherboard is completely dead or the repair simply isn't economically viable for you, we will hand the machine back without charging you a penny for the labor.
