LaunchLayer Donates Laptops to Help Children in Ukraine Continue Their Education

At LaunchLayer, we’ve always believed that technology should do some good. So when we had the chance to help children in Ukraine continue their education, we jumped at it.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve refurbished and donated a batch of laptops through a UK-based charity that transports computers directly to schools and families affected by the war. These devices will be used by children who’ve lost access to regular schooling, helping them stay connected and keep learning despite everything happening around them.

Every laptop was fully cleaned, upgraded with solid-state drives, and had secure, child-friendly software installed before being handed over — the same standard of care we give to our customers’ repairs and builds here in Essex.

We know it’s only a small contribution in the bigger picture, but if it helps even a few kids get back online and keep studying, it’s worth every hour spent.
